TUESDAY FINALE & WEDNESDAY GRAND FINALE

Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be Arizona residents who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet with a valid e-mail address.

2. Employees of NW Communications of Phoenix, Inc. (Sponsor), Clear Channel and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How to Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter. There is no limit as to the number of times anyone may enter. However due to contest page refresh rate; you can only enter once every 60 minutes. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. The giveaway runs from 5pm local time, Friday, May 2nd, 2008 thru 12 Noon local time, May 14th, 2008 (the Giveaway period). In the event of a dispute, Sponsors will deem each entry to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent.

4. During the Giveaway viewers may log on to our internet website, www.MyFOXPhoenix.com to complete the registration entry form. On May 14th, 2008, semi-finalists may be pre-selected and notified. The winner will be randomly selected and announced LIVE, on the air, Thursday morning, May 15th, 2008, between 8:30am and 9am local time on KEZ 99.9 FM and KSAZ FOX10 TV. Entrants are not required to watch or listen in order to win.

5. Sponsor is not responsible for anyone’s inability to access the internet website to complete the registration process. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other Giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted.

6. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Giveaway period. Winner will be notified by phone on May 15th, 2008 by Sponsor. The winner will have until 9am local time, Monday, May 19th, 2008 to claim their prize. If the winner fails to confirm by this time an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

The Prize(s)

7. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to see the American Idol “Tuesday Finale” show on Tuesday, May 20th, 2008 and (2) tickets to see the American Idol Grand Finale on Wednesday, May 21st, 2008 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. The winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses including, without limitation, airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, taxes and surcharges. If winner is unable to arrange transportation to attend the event, winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may choose an alternate winner.

8. Winner must provide proof of identification as well as sign a release and affidavit of eligibility. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release within 4 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If winner does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing, time permitting. In the event production of American Idol is cancelled or postponed, the ticket portion of the prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation there for. The minimum age for the winner’s guest who will attend the American Idol performance is 6 years old and must be accompanied by at least one adult.

9. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

10. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each finale ticket is $50. Total prize package AVR is $200.

11. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize within any 90-day period, regardless of the number of Contests/Giveaways entered.

12. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

13. Complete rules are available on-line at www.MyFOXPhoenix.com or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: FOX10 American Idol Top 12 Ticket Giveaway Rules, KSAZ FOX10 TV, 511 W. Adams St, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003. Rules will be available until May 30th, 2008.

15. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, to any person or property, caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

16. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and that their entry materials are original, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decision of eligibility, (b) to release Fox Broadcasting Company, News America, Inc., Fox Interactive Media, Fremantle Media North America, Inc., American Idol Productions, Inc., 19 TV Limited, 19 Merchandising Ltd., CKX, Inc.,, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, (c) to KSAZ use of participants’ personal information as described in KSAZ’s Privacy Policy located at www.MyFOXPhoenix.com and (d) that entry constitutes an assignment to KSAZ of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any.
